Make: Dawn's French Linen Tea Towels

From Austin, Dawn brought me a little handmade treasure, french linen tea towels. They are super sweet, oh so useful, and easy to make. Observe...

Find your linen (you can also use a nice cotton blend too) cut to size, overshooting it enough so you are able to hem the edges without compromising your finished measurements; and hem. The big part is to make sure you pick the loveliest color pallet or pattern so it will fill you with joy every time you need to wipe down a counter or set your table.

Next sew on your ball fringe. I recommend lining the bottom hem only, a little goes a long way.

There you have it, adorable tea towels, or you can even use them as place mats if you're feeling fancy. They are so charming you should make multiple color runs for every season or occasion. Thanks Dawn!
